Sarah holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Manitoba. She is registered with the Manitoba College of Social Work and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Sarah provides psychotherapy services for individuals struggling with school-work-life balance. In addition, she promotes a safe space to explore complex mental health concerns, thoughts and feelings.
Some of the service areas of practice include but are not limited to coping with diagnoses, trauma, PTSD—relationship challenges, grief, anger management, cultural adaptation, career exploration, and work-related stress.
Models and tools incorporated in sessions include but are not limited to psychodynamic and neuroplastic therapy to reorganize and restructure emotional processing—Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in regulating emotions and Narrative Therapy in conflict resolution.
Sarah’s 50 minute session fee will be increasing to $125/session as of September 1, 2023
