Reaching out for support can be a challenging process, and I commend you for reaching out for support! In therapy, I believe it is imperative to walk alongside my clients in their journey, providing them with a safe and affirming space to be vulnerable, the necessary tools to overcome adversity, manage difficult life emotions and improve overall wellbeing.

Having previously been a student myself, I resonate with the stressors that come along with being a student, including social anxieties, family expectations and pressure, lack of energy and motivation, self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and maintaining a school/work/life balance.
As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community I have a strong passion for working with identifying individuals—including those who are trans or gender non-conforming. From an empowering, sex positive framework, I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication challenges and sexual intimacy, to uncover obstacles that are blocking you from living more freely and authentically!
I also work from an empowerment and strengths-based approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, together we will begin to deconstruct the challenges being experienced, striving to create meaning and understanding that allows you to reach your full potential and move through life transitions with ease!
