I am honored to provide psychotherapy services for individuals struggling with school-work-life balance. I value and promote a safe space to explore complex mental health symptoms, thoughts and feelings.

I also enjoy building connections and navigating the mental health system to guide international students through the journey of peace that develops and enhances personal consciousness that addresses and influences constructive well-being outcomes.

As a previous immigrant, I developed an interest in working collaboratively with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of colour) students to strengthen emotional functioning through empowerment and identity.
