Therapists

Jocelyn Lantin (she/her), MMFT, CCC - $120/session

I spent my first nine years of my Canada life as a university student. My academic credentials and teaching experience were not recognized. My dream for my family did not meet the Canadian reality. I had to go back to school to prove my abilities and my worth. Like you, I sought counselling services too. Like me, you have your own stories to tell. From my years of experience as a therapist, the common underlying causes of students’ hardships are cultural expectations and differences, identity issues, family dynamics, psychological disorders, and negative patterns of thinking and behaving. I commend you for exploring help.

Dr. Harold Park (he/him) , D.Min., M.A., CCC, CPC - $160/session

Whether you are struggling with mental health, academic pressure, relationships, cultural adjustments, homesickness, or finances… I will help you grow through them! For the past 20 years I have journeyed with young adults to develop resilience and strength through life’s challenges. I am an experienced, compassionate counsellor and life coach. People appreciate my gentle and caring presence that offers a safe, supportive and non-judgmental experience while exploring strategic solutions and meaningful change.

*Please note that the therapist you’re reading about has attained a doctoral degree through advanced training, but is not a medical doctor.
