University and college students may even have insurance that covers 100% of the cost of sessions (unsure if you do? we’ll help you figure it out)


University of Manitoba (Students with the UMSU Health and Dental Plan through Studentcare have preferred pricing, which means a 50 minute session will never cost more than $130/50 minute session when you use your Studentcare insurance; we’ll automatically adjust your session cost if you book with a therapist that has a rate above $130/50 minute session).

Our mental health therapists are here to help you succeed, so you can live the life you want. You can start counselling in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: Register

Before you can see our therapists' availability or book an appointment, we need you to first register (by clicking "Register" in our menu) so we can confirm your insurance coverage or explain how you can pay with a credit card. We aim to get back to you about your registration within 24 hours (we often get back to people much quicker though).

Step 2: Pick a Therapist

Once you're registered, you can click "Book a Session" in our menu and you can search for a therapist. You can read about our therapists and pick the one you like the sound of the most. If you need some help picking a therapist, you can contact us by clicking "Contact Us" in the menu and we'll work with you to find the right therapist for you.

Step 3: Book Your Appointment

Using the self booking system, you can book yourself into the therapist's schedule at the time that works for you!

Step 4: Online Paperwork

Once you book your appointment and go into your account, you'll need to complete some online paperwork. It's pretty straightforward and can be completed in a few minutes.

Step 5: Have Your Appointments!

Now all you do is have your appointments! If you don't know what to talk about, our therapists are trained to help you figure out what's going on in your life and help you improve your wellbeing.
